Zachary Cooper is a legal scholar, lecturer, musician and filmmaker at the Weizenbaum Institute Berlin and the Amsterdam Law & Technology Institute. His current research programme explores the techno-regulatory incoherence of applying copyright to emerging forms of Generative AI-enabled media.
