A discourse on Merz through a quick feminist glance: Who’s licking whose balls?
Talk - Demokratie und gesellschaftlicher Zusammenhalt

Whether it’s the debate over the urban landscape, the “lifestyle part-time” trend, or private health insurance: Practically every week, new statements by Chancellor Merz go viral, making it clear that he… well, isn’t exactly in touch with the everyday lives of the general public. And he only speaks out in favor of women’s rights when he can use it to spread racist prejudices. We’ll take a look at how Gen Z is dealing with this, test our Merz knowledge in the “Who Said It?” quiz, and play some Bullshit Bingo with the audience. A feminist live podcast.
Every two weeks on “Feminism for Everyone: The Purple Podcast,” we discuss topics that matter to us. How do we continue to live alongside men in the wake of the Pelicot case, why does patriarchy make us mentally ill, and what’s actually happening in Rojava right now? At the KOSMOS Festival, we’ll take the chancellor to task:
- How have his approval ratings changed since the election?
- What absurd and funny strategies have young people adopted to cope with the current political situation?
- From a feminist perspective, what’s going wrong politically right now?
- What other options are there, and what gives us hope right now?
We want to discuss these questions with the audience—for example, by voting together to determine whether a statement comes from Merz or Trump/Stromberg/XY, trying to win at Bullshit Bingo, or analyzing TikToks together.
