This outdoor bootcamp will get your circulation going and your muscles burning. In 45 minutes, intense cardio sequences alternate with functional exercises in the great outdoors - dynamic and varied. Strong alone, unbeatable in a team: You train solo, but there are also sporty treats in team mode – this way you push each other and grow together beyond your limits. The session is rounded off with a warm-up for activation and mobilization and a cool-down that brings you back into balance with gentle stretches and conscious breathing. A workout that connects, pushes, and simply leaves you with a good feeling.
