DECHA

DECHA is the musical solo project of Düsseldorf artist Viktoria Wehrmeister. In the mid-90s, she was the lead singer of the band Superbilk, and afterwards, she played music with Klaus Dinger in la! NEU? and 1-A Düsseldorf. Since 2014, she has been singing with TORESCH – alongside Detlef Weinrich (Tolouse Low Trax/ Kreidler) and Jan Wagner. DECHA is characterized by down-to-earth home recording with Garageband accompaniment, a band-phantom that she accompanies with polyphonic vocals and shapes into pieces.
