Insights

The project focuses on exploring the Fritz-Heckert neighborhood. Residents—both well-known and unknown—are approached so that I can photograph them in their homes and conduct interviews with them. The goal is to shed light on their personal realities and challenge stereotypical perceptions.
I, Frederike Uhlig, am conducting the interviews. The photographic work is being carried out in collaboration with the photographer ENZO*. The photos are taken with a Hasselblad 500, an analog medium-format camera that allows for a deliberate and unhurried approach.
