Mile of Initiatives

Whether it’s creative hands-on activities, engaging conversations, or information on a wide variety of topics—there’s plenty to discover at the Initiative Mile and numerous opportunities to get involved yourself.

For the first time this year, the Mile of Initiatives will be complemented by the Initiative Stage. In addition to musical performances, it offers a space for discussions and sharing experiences related to volunteer work. In three moderated panel discussions, volunteers will share their personal favorite moments, offer insights into getting started in volunteer work, and demonstrate how volunteering can be successful even with a family, limited time, and limited resources.
