Billy Berge-Kolb

I am the head of the Youth Welfare and Social Work Division at GEW Saxony. My work focuses on the framework conditions for quality education, the challenges facing child and youth welfare services, and the ongoing development of educational quality. A particular focus of my work is the Saxon Education and Upbringing Plan and the question of how its core principles can be effectively implemented in the day-to-day operations of daycare centers, full-day programs, and youth welfare services. As a speaker, I combine professional expertise with a practical and dialogue-oriented perspective.
