I’m committed to making democracy more accessible and tangible. People should have a say in decisions that directly affect them. To achieve this, we need digital tools and effective participation formats. I’m the chair of the board of the Liquid Democracy association, and we develop the open-source software Adhocracy, which we make available free of charge to smaller municipalities and civil society organizations. My interest in citizen participation stemmed from urban planning. After completing my studies, I initially explored the topic through academic research and advocacy work with associations. Since 2018, as a project manager at the association, I have implemented various platforms and participatory processes and carried out research and networking projects.
