Charlotte Förster

I am an assistant professor of European Management at Chemnitz University of Technology. My primary research focus is on the resilience of and within organizations, particularly healthcare organizations. In addition to my regular research, I have been leading the cross-national study “Don’t Knock Me Out” since 2024. The project systematically investigates the prevalence of suspected cases involving knockout drops in the German-speaking DACH region, as well as the barriers that affected individuals encounter when seeking support. The goal of the research project is to better understand the phenomenon, identify institutional challenges in case reporting, and develop evidence-based approaches for effective awareness-raising and prevention measures. Furthermore, the project aims to promote social and political dialogue on this topic.
