I love good conversations, intelligent people, and those moments when uncertainty turns into courage. As a facilitator, I create safe spaces for difficult topics without losing a sense of lightness. I particularly enjoy helping people tell their stories, find their voice, and dare to do things they might not have thought they could do before. Both professionally and as a volunteer, I work at the intersection of democracy, civic engagement, equality, and social cohesion. I’m based in Erfurt, but I’m on the go wherever people are shaping the future.
