Fridtjof Florian Dossin

Fridtjof Florian Dossin is a freelance industrial heritage conservationist and, through the Institut für Graue Energie e.V., is committed to preserving brownfields and industrial buildings in rural areas. Among other projects, he has developed preservation plans for the TRAFO Jena, the Schröer Apolda knitting mill, and the Oßmannstedt grain silo. He is also a lecturer at the Bauhaus University Weimar and is focusing his doctoral research on industrial heritage in active production facilities, using GDR factory museums as case studies.
