Friederike Kislinger

Friederike Kislinger studied visual communication at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. She has been working as a freelance instructor in adult education for over 25 years. After completing a two-and-a-half-year training program in systemic coaching with a focus on organizational development, she has been working part-time for the past twelve years as a trainer and consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Since 2006, she has been advising professionals in the cultural and creative industries on startup issues, growth, stabilization, reorientation, and personal and organizational development. At KREATIVES SACHSEN, she advises, connects, and supports self-employed individuals in meeting their needs. Her area of expertise encompasses the working environments in the cultural and creative industries, addressing both their complexity and the challenges specific to these sectors.
