What does soccer in Chemnitz mean to you?

And what could soccer mean?

These and many other questions have been central to the #Heimspiel project since the planning phase began. For many of us, soccer holds significance: as fans of the sport or of clubs, as former or current players—soccer culture plays an important role in our society. Soccer can be inclusive and bring people together, but it can also be used as a vehicle to mobilize violent and misanthropic groups.

#Heimspiel aims to show that soccer can connect people, be fun, and develop cultural and social significance in a city.
