Ishmael Bhila

Dr Ishmael Bhila is a researcher and lecturer at Paderborn University whose focus is on emerging technologies and their relationship to violence, particularly in the Global South. He carried our fieldwork for his PhD at the United Nations and other international forums where states come together to discuss emerging military technologies, especially autonomous weapons systems and military technologies.
