CHEMNITZ ZIEHT AN has been the region’s central initiative for skilled workers since 2008. We support employers in recruiting employees, reach out to people returning to the area, and raise the profile of Chemnitz as a place to live and do business. Through initiatives such as the special ICE train, the New Work Convention PERSPECT!VA, and the VORGLÜHEN event for returnees, we foster connections and contribute to an open, forward-looking city.

The #wirsindmehr movement, which sent a clear message of diversity in 2018 and led to the development of today’s KOSMOS Chemnitz, also shapes our work. We’ve been active at KOSMOS for years—most recently with our own panels and construction fence banners on the topic of work, which brought future-oriented issues to the forefront.

Since our spin-off in 2025, Katrin and Laura have continued as CZA: KOLLEGTIV Chemnitz GmbH—modern, network-oriented, and with the goal of working together to further strengthen Chemnitz.
