Luana Weiß

Luana Weiß (she/her), born in Leipzig in 2002.

She studied theater education (B.A.) at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences from 2022 to 2024. Since April 2025, she has been a student in the Physical Theater (Artist Diploma) program at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. She has already appeared as a performer in several theater productions, including: “Das Ende von Eddy” by Sophie Pellegrin and Charlotte Haselon, “Golden Futures” by Kristin Scheinhütte and Wayne Götz, “48x” by Smilla Ann, and “Einerseits und Andernseits haben einen schönen Streit” at the Theater Tempus fugit. Her artistic research focuses on the expressive power of physical theater, combined with sociopolitical themes.
