Lukas Gräfe

Lukas Gräfe is a teacher, theater educator, and school development specialist from Thuringia. He teaches German, Protestant religious education, and performing and creative arts at a public school and is particularly committed to school development, equal opportunity, diversity, and a modern learning culture. He first explored the topic of diversity in an educational context in his academic thesis. Today, he focuses primarily on the effects of school development—based on multiple perspectives and conducted on an equal footing—on schools and education, as well as on the question of how schools can create more equitable structures for all children and young people.
