Ulrike Jänichen

Ulrike Jänichen is a trained bookbinder and freelance artist; she ran a lead-typesetting workshop for children for many years and now lives in Halle (Saale) as an illustrator, leading various types of workshops and engaging in philosophical discussions with children, among others. Asking questions rather than providing answers is a central principle of her work.
