Vision Partner
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Vision Partners for their support and active commitment to the festival. Thanks to their participation, we are able to jointly organize numerous participatory events such as panel discussions, sports competitions, art installations, and dance performances.
In this way, our Vision Partners help showcase our city as a cosmopolitan and creative place. At the same time, we work together to strengthen social cohesion through local initiatives and international networks, and promote political education and cultural innovation through new formats.
Unsere VISION PARTNER für 2026:
As a key sponsor of Chemnitz 2025, the European Capital of Culture, the Volkswagen Group has strengthened cultural participation and European diversity, provided new impetus for the region, and helped shape the year with its own cultural programs tailored to various target audiences. With the KOSMOS Festival, we are continuing this commitment as a legacy in Chemnitz. As a Vision Partner, we support the festival and, among other things, provide vehicles for artists and the team.
KOSMOS is more than just a festival. It is a place where culture, democracy, and social dialogue come together. That is why, with GenNow Space, we are participating in KOSMOS for the second time. We need more open, free spaces where young people can discuss social issues from their own lived experiences and help shape them. KOSMOS impressively demonstrates how such spaces can succeed.
For many years, CEWUS GmbH has been supporting sports clubs, educational institutions, and cultural events that are also dedicated to the development of children and young people. We are pleased to be able to sponsor KOSMOS 2026, support its ambitious concept, and wish for another successful event that will have an impact far beyond Chemnitz.

We’re participating in KOSMOS because it’s important to us that creative people and ideas from Chemnitz, southwestern Saxony, and beyond are seen and heard. KOSMOS is a stage. It’s pure inspiration, brings people together, and showcases the diversity of our region. That’s exactly where we come in. As KREATIVES SACHSEN, we give the cultural and creative industries a voice and show how creative people contribute to social and democratic coexistence. Because: The creative industries are a magnet!
KOSMOS provides a space for topics that matter to our university. We conduct research into sustainable solutions for global challenges and prepare our students for the future. Like the festival, the TU Bergakademie Freiberg is a space for international exchange and democratic discourse. We look forward to welcoming curious children to join our junior researchers at the “Mile of Initiatives” and an interested audience when we discuss AI in research during our live podcast.

As a local retailer and employer, we have been taking on responsibility in the region for over 30 years. As a Vision Partner of the KOSMOS Festival, we are consistently continuing our cultural commitment that began during the 2025 Capital of Culture year. Become part of KOSMOS 2026 now!
- Space-based participation: Design festival venues and fill them with content
- Material participation: Provide resources (e.g., transportation via shuttles or sharing services, merchandise production, etc.)
- Content-based participation: Develop content that is publicly visible (e.g., panels, conference presentations, artistic contributions, workshops, etc.)
- Thematic participation: Shaping themes through cross-genre initiatives and formats (e.g., sustainability, innovation and mobility, social entrepreneurship, etc.)
With the Vision Card (starting at €2,500), you strengthen the festival and facilitate cultural and social encounters:
