While America has announced the next generation of the Manhattan Project with 'Project Stargate' and a budget of 500 billion dollars to not lose the race against China's robot and drone army, in Germany, after the federal election, Robert Habeck desperately calls not to miss out on the AI revolution and is surprisingly heard by Ursula von der Leyen, who wants to provide 200 billion EUR for the development of AI infrastructure after the Munich Security Conference. So do we still have a chance in the competition for the next industrial revolution, or will we be left behind forever?
