Asylum & Migration: Let’s Talk to Each Other, Not About Each Other!

Public debates about refugees and migration are increasingly shaping everyday life for everyone. At the same time, uncertainties, prejudices, and oversimplified perceptions about people with refugee backgrounds are emerging. This makes it all the more important to create spaces for personal encounters, open dialogue, and critical reflection.
We at “Zeugen der Flucht” invite you to our 90-minute, interactive workshop—a space for shifting perspectives and anti-racist education.
To kick things off, there will be an interactive Kahoot quiz, which we’ll supplement with expert input featuring facts and figures. Together, we want to reflect on what we already know and learn new things in a playful way.
In the second part, a person with refugee experience will share their personal story and answer your questions during the subsequent discussion. We look forward to your participation, in keeping with our motto: Let’s come together—not talk over one another!
