Europe for Culture, Culture for Europe: A Bridge Between Regional and European Identity?

Last year, the European Commission presented its vision for a vibrant and integrated European cultural landscape through the Cultural Compass for Europe. With this strategy, the Commission aims to address current challenges. But how can we successfully preserve regional cultures while uniting them under a common European cultural heritage, thereby building a bridge between regional and European identities? We want to explore this question together with representatives from the fields of culture and academia. The goal is to raise awareness of European culture (and cultural policy) that also brings people together.
