I make the Capital of Culture just the way I like it!

What does the cultural capital of the future look like? What places, colors, and people make it unique? What role do culture, community, climate, or democracy play? At the KOSMOS Festival, the KulturPass team invites young people to explore these very questions creatively.
With scissors, paper, and a lot of imagination, collages full of ideas and visions are created. Here, anything is possible, and creativity knows no bounds!
But that's not all – with the Stopmotion-Studio app, the collages even come to life! Using tablets or their own smartphones, participants can create short stop-motion films. Our simple introduction makes it easy to get started – no prior knowledge required.
This open participatory action combines art, technology, and future visions in a playful way. It invites participants to develop their own ideas for a livable world and to implement them creatively.
