The multifaceted artist Sophie Lenglachner still has many layers, but these are now hidden under a thick blanket... of dust, or tucked away in cabinets and chests and drawers. Packed away for later. Her innermost layer still creates art, but only part-time, as Sophie fell ill with Long Covid in 2022. She has documented her frustrating, disheartening, sad, and exhausted moments in writing, so that others may learn to understand what it means to live with this invisible chronic illness. She may have lost some physical strength, but not her sense of humor. Armed with the latter, she faces the challenges of her new life reality.

She is accompanied by the dreamy and delicate melodies of the Magdeburg musician ægirl. Her music reflects the melancholy, the impulsiveness, the ups and downs of everyday life, and carries the theme through the evening thoughtfully yet with clarity.

A relationship that supports each other and can create an understanding that allows new perspectives to emerge.
