Jan K. Weiss is a gifted guitarist with deep roots in jazz, reminiscent of Joe Pass or Wes Montgomery, and grounded in blues. For the past 2 years, he has been performing at the 'Fritz-Theater' in the Janis Joplin piece, and he has an incredibly strong R&B band with which he also blew us away at the jazz club. Various band projects and the tradition of playing with the Blues Süd Band, as well as solo concerts, are part of his oeuvre deeply rooted in blues and jazz rock.
