Ryba

DJ Ryba is a Berlin-based DJ, curator, and a true pillar of the electronic underground scene. Her journey began in 2000 in Moscow, where she initially entered the industry as a project manager at Back-up Production, organizing tours and events for international artists. But it wasn't long before the decks called her name.
Soon after, she immersed herself in the early Moscow electronic wave and collaborated with notables such as SCSI-9, Korablove, and Yapacc. Her sound evolved through residencies at RTS.FM and the legendary club Solyanka, as well as co-founding the popular party series Habits Die – a staple for lovers of raw, emotional techno.
From intimate afterhours to festival stages, Ryba's sets are known for their fluid storytelling and deep, tactile textures. She has played everywhere, from Amoeba Records in Los Angeles to the expansive grounds of the Fusion Festival. Since moving to Berlin in 2011, she has become an integral part of cult locations such as Tresor, Kater Blau, Watergate, Club der Visionaere, and Golden Gate.
In addition to her DJ career, Ryba has also made a name for herself behind the scenes. At Wavereform Records, she worked as a label manager, A&R, talent and music scout, helping to shape the label's vision and discover new sounds and artists that fit the label's distinctive ethos.
Today, Ryba is a proud member of the STAUB collective – Berlin's independent party based on freedom, fluidity, and rave resistance. As part of STAUB, she co-creates STAUB XS_Familydisco, a forward-thinking, inclusive party concept for children, parents, and everyone in between.
As a member of the Female:Pressure network, Ryba continues to advocate for diversity in club culture and delivers genre-crossing, emotionally charged sets across Europe and beyond. Whether spinning vinyl or digital, in a dark warehouse or under the open sky, DJ Ryba always brings heart, warmth, and honesty to the booth.
