URBAN SYNDROMES

If there's one thing we have in the city of Chemnitz, it's grey walls that could use some color. So, as Team HALLENKUNST, we took it upon ourselves to legalize some walls in the Chemnitz area, which will be available to the local graffiti community in the future.

Some of these will be inaugurated from June 13 to 15, 2025, as part of the KOSMOS Festival, covering 2,000 square meters throughout the city area. For this purpose, we have teamed up with the URBAN SYNDROMES festival team and the HOUSE OF URBAN CULTURE from Dresden, and asked various traditional graffiti jams from all over Germany if they would like to participate with a delegation of artists, and the response was overwhelming. The result: URBAN SYNDROMES is leaving the Saxon capital for the first time in its 27-year history to be hosted in another city, which we are very excited about!
