What do you want to be when you grow up – apart from happy?
Panel

In the past, the question was simple: education, job, done. Today? The choices are vast, and so are the expectations.
In this 45-minute panel, young people share how they have sought (and found) their place between desire, reality, and uncertainty – in education, in the workforce, or somewhere in between.
What does success even mean today? Do we always have to aim for 'higher, faster, further' – or is sometimes 'genuine, secure, satisfied' enough?
Come by if you're wondering where you want to go – and how much happiness can actually be found in work.

My name is Jan, and I am a trained educator. On social media, I take people through my everyday life as an educator and show them why my job is so important.
Fabio Füs:
On social media, Nurse Fabio encourages young people to consider a career in nursing, educates about daily life on the ward, and demonstrates how diverse and important the nursing profession is – authentically, informatively, but also sometimes with a wink :)
Mara Pischl:
My name is Mara, I am 25 years old, a carpenter with heart and a business economist by conviction. Craftsmanship is my passion – it gives me the feeling of creating something valuable with my own hands. For me, it's clear: I would choose this path over and over again.
