A diverse cultural program invites the people of Chemnitz and guests of the city to become part of the KOSMOS. Concerts spanning various genres take place on different stages.
DEINE FREUNDE have shaken up the long-dead genre of children's music and are filling the biggest halls in Germany.
SOFFIE is a talented artist in the German indie pop scene. With cool beats and strong vocals, she expresses who she is. Her song "Forever Spring" is popular on TikTok and has already reached millions of people.
The 102 BOYZ are an emerging rap group that tells real stories. And with UCHE YARA there are profound songs and energetic live performances.
Moreover, we are bringing Acht Eimer Hühnerherzen, Ikkimel, Les Soeurs Doga & Viktor Marek, LIE NING and Tropikel Ltd. to Chemnitz.
In the KOSMOS, there is not only music, but also many other exciting activities from various clubs and organizations. These include, for example, the Urban Highline, realized by Walden e.V. and Konnektonauten e.V., a spectacular art installation by the Lichtpiraten or the Provinzlust reading. Furthermore, this year will also feature a Mile of Initiatives, where clubs & NGOs present their work on the essential social issues of our time.
