Dennis Chiponda

I’m Dennis Chiponda,

journalist, diversity manager, and host of the podcast “Mauerecho Ost trifft West”.

I used to work for the umbrella organization of Saxon migrant organizations, and today I focus primarily on issues related to East Germany, anti-racism, and classism. I got my start in activism and politics. And ever since then, I’ve been trying to fight for the East and open doors for the next generation. That’s why we founded K.osmos—a collective of consultants that seeks to bring together various professions, such as diversity consulting, mediation, supervision, systemic coaching, facilitation, and organizational development, so that we can build expertise and structures in the eastern German states and don’t always have to look to Berlin.
