Khaldun Al-Saadi

Khaldun Al Saadi is an expert on social conflicts, specializing in violence prevention, memory policy, and organizational development. Following his role as state coordinator at the Saxony Center for Democracy within the Saxon State Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Cohesion, he played a leading role in establishing Germany’s first documentation center on the NSU complex in Chemnitz. With a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution in Divided Societies from King’s College London and over ten years of experience in participatory processes, he develops formats for social de-escalation. His expertise bridges institutional frameworks, civil society, and international networks—always with a focus on marginalized perspectives.
