Tina Zandstra

Life is change:

Tina is originally from the Ore Mountains and returned to her hometown with her family two years ago. She has lived in Ireland, the Netherlands, and northern Germany and brings many years of experience in innovation management—particularly in collaborating with startups and universities. Her areas of focus include creative methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Design Thinking, which she uses to support innovation and change processes. She studied cultural management and management consulting, enabling her to combine strategic thinking with a practical, creative perspective on change.
